Feel the rhythm during Yoga Flow Afrobeats accessible to all levels. You will move on a dynamic sequence accompanied by Afrobeats rhythms to bring more vitality and playfulness to your poses. Let the classics with spiritual intonations as well as the new threads guide you during this session which will end with a short relaxing meditation

Come chill every Wednesday for 1 hour of yoga, music and meditation from the comfort of your home. You will feel relaxed and ready to take on new challenges! Each week we cover different themes from happiness to chakra, and hopefully we will get your theta waves spinning. Happy hump day!
Yoga in the Park with Grove Campus

New location for summer yoga classes in the park, this time in the Griffintown area! In collaboration with Grove Campus, the money collected will be used to provide school supplies and Christmas gifts to kids this year.
Our Colourful Yoga

Our Colourful Yoga is a non-profit organization regrouping BIPOC yoga teachers from Canada. A new teacher is featured on their platform every Monday to share their skills and knowledge to practitioners.
The Mixed Girl Meet Up – Worldwide Event
Online – Zoom // Friday, July 17th – 6:30 PM EST
In collaboration with The Mixed Girl Meet Up whose goal is to create a space for the mixed community to feel like they belong, join us for live talks of sisterhood, story-telling, live poetry and singing performances, etc… and of course a yoga class with inspiring mixed women from all over the world!
Theta Yoga Class - $10
Online – Zoom // Saturday, October 17th – 10:00AM EST
Let’s flow together in this 1-hour practice where we will reflect on a specific topic to find calm and healing. This is an all-level flow class including a music playlist (will be sent 3 days prior to the class) and a five minute meditation at the end to ground ourselves.
